I have the same model, much much better than the plastic one. Highly recommend if you want to grind meat by yourself.

I picked one of these up during the last sale to replace my Kitchenaid plastic grinder and highly recommend this one. Metal means you can freeze it to minimize smearing of any fat in the grind. I haven't used the sausage stuffer but I use the grinder all the time. Most commonly I'll buy a whole brisket, grind the flat for ground beef (vac sealed and frozen in 1lbs packages), and use the point for burnt ends or stew. When I have it, I grind in the trimmings from dry aging.
We never buy pre-ground beef anymore.
