Been missing the Taco Bell $5 box since it was discontinued a few months ago. Stumbled across this today. Not as good of a deal as previous boxes, but $5 doesn't get you much these days.

It lets you swap the plain taco for a second Doritos Locos taco for no upcharge if desired.
Picked one up on the way home from work, pretty good snack for $5.

What makes it a straight slap in the face is the pricing with burritos coming in at similar pricing to Qdoba and Chipotle - considering size, portion, etc.
The food you actually receive from them is always made wrong and if everything is fine it still tastes like crap because the meat and produce are terrible (these are multiple Taco Bells)
Ill go for their Happy Hour freezie that's the only thing that makes going there worth it.
The same freezie is $3.50 for a slurpee style slush but the Taco Bell one is like 12 oz.
also the nacho cheese one literally tastes like nothing. Easy pass for me. Their $6 meal is far better
