I literally just bought a Fitbit Charge 6 from Best Buy today for the same price. Any opinions on whether this older Sense (came out in 2020 I believe) is better than the newer Charge 6? I want it mostly for sleep and fitness tracking (mostly sleep).

Personally, I find larger smartwatches (like this sense) affecting my quality of sleep due to how large they are on the wrist. I would stay with the smaller Charge 6 if I were you and your primary goal is sleep tracking, along with fitness.

Thanks. Yeah, and I figure the software improvements will be a factor vs a 4 year old product. Plus the Charge will probably continue to be updated longer.
