Terrible customer service, I wore the shoes for about 3 weeks, then this random squeak happens when pressure is applied. I just wanted it exchanged for the same shoe. They refused because they said I wore it.
They refused to transfer me to a supervisor and kept saying you wore it so we can't accept an exchange, I said how about a warranty claim, they said no I can't. A supervisor was supposed to call me back, no answer. I had no choice but to file a claim with amex. I own 3 other pairs of On Clouds and didn't have any issues but when you customer service is this bad...I won't be a customer anymore.
I have had a problem with nike's before like 6 or 7 years ago and they exchange it even like 4 months later due to workmanship quality. Purchased hundreds of nikes over my lifetime.

I had a fortune cookies once that said a smart man learns from his mistakes, but a truly wise man learn's from another man's mistakes. I will not make the mistake of buying these shoes.
Thank you for sharing, I don't think they realize how much they screw themselves by treating customers like this. Based on your experience, I will no longer be a customer either.

I mean its not a lot of money the $100 and if it was like 10 months later I would just chalk it up but it was within 30 days. The one person say they won't buy it is satisfaction enough... so thanks.
My oldest On shoe is about 4 years old, and I have covered parts of Central and South America, parts of Europe, and it still looks great! Since then I have bought 5 others, and I love them all. I actually have the one on sale here, it looks great in person and I have gotten compliments on it. Someone posted that they have terrible customer service, I have not had such an experience. I bought a pair that was just not fitting well after wearing it for a little. Messaged them that I did not like it, asked if I wore it, I said yes a little. They sent a return label and that was the end. Also, I have not had any of my On shoes squeak, Nike Airs always do though.

Nike certainly has the service part down. Even responding to written reviews individually, easy exchanges when there are issues etc

The reality of it if you look at it from a macro lens is that is Americans have been spoiled . The customer service one expects in this country at times is not possible for small businesses. The whole reason mom n pop brands n stores got wiped out here. No company without a VC backing can ever compete with Nike therefore. This one's a Swiss company n will go by European ways. That's the truth. There will be no new Nike, as the expectation from customer service is no longer picking up the phone & explaining what's possible and what's not but agree to what the customer demands. Even doctors here operate to get likes on their google page!
Price is good, but man, this specific style is ugly AF. Don't downvote me lol. Check out Von Maur if you have a store close by. They do have select styles on sale all the time.
