It has been years since I've purchased this, but it should be noted that this is Walmart's store brand, and it's pretty low quality. Also, the price has not gone up very much over the years... when I used to purchase the 44lb bags it was $19.88. And the last time was at least a year or two before Covid if not more. The fact that the price has only gone up $5 when most everything else gone up a lot more would suggest that probably the quality has gone down eve more than it was before.

Comparing it to Purina or Science Diet would be like comparing Ramen Noodles with eating at a fancy Chinese restaurant.

I was able to get 2 20lb bags of Purina for $24.98 each, after the promo was $12.47 plus tax, shipped, for both.

Those are significantly below-average nutrition, just like this crap.

A good site to find some good stuff: catfooddb.com

Chewy's store brand is very good: Landmark

Grocery store: I and Love and You. (but that's all that's good there)

Good prices but the ingredient lists scared me off. Mostly grains with some chicken meal and byproducts thrown in. Sure, you get some of those lower quality ingredients in most cat foods but not in these proportions.
