As an aside, spo2 doesn't matter very much because usually watches only measure it while you're inactive, they can't get a constant reading like they do with pulse. I put a lot of weight on my decision for my first watch (garmin) on whether it had spo2 or not, and once I got it I realized you had to manually check it and it says to keep still.

No storage. But does let you control music or videos that are playing on the phone, kind of like a very simple remote. Pause, Play, Volume, Next or Previous Track.
Do these things track out spo2 while you sleep? I don't see how if you have to manually check.
