This gets us ($16.94 × 3 - $10) ÷ ((((11÷12) × (5.9375÷12)) × 135) × 18) = $0.037036753499 per Square Foot
Compare to Costco.com which is $24.49 ÷ ((((11÷12) × (7.1÷12)) × 101) × 12) = $0.037256119978 per Square Foot. It's close but this is the online price which is higher than the in warehouse price.
