Recently I created a brand new account for myself and one more family member, made sure to keep all the details independent/fresh. So my account slowly started getting promotional emails, also got its first ever coupon after like 2 months. The other account is total silent. I recently read somewhere that turning email setting on/off might help. So I am going to try that now. Does anyone know should I wait between turning it off and then back on again (currently it is off)? Also I am all ears if someone has any other suggestions. Thanks

Weeklies didn't extend as expected.

Got 20% on printed receipt for one card - haven't used the other yet.

Easter is 90% off - candy still 75% YMMV.

I have a card with no ecbs. It has the $5 Revlon CRT from last week and the $4 Revlon CRT from this week. I tried to use the CRTs today on a Revlon item that is $8.49, but only the $5 came off, so I guess the $4 is not auto reducing like some of the CoverGirl CRTs have recently.

Does anyone know of either 1) a way to make them both work (at the cashier?) or 2) a Revlon item that is just over $9?

I could spend $6 to get a $15 item and get a $6 ecb, but I was really just looking to get an item free or close to it.

I did this and when I turned the emails back on I got the photo emails and survey requests but nothing else. It's been 3 months now and the cards that I did this with are dead as a doornail.

I had a Covergirl $2 CRT auto reduce today but I had issues with everything else not auto reducing. I'm thinking that they did one of their register updates. The Revlon CRT auto reduced last week.

I got some amazing dq's and CRT's this week. After hating me for so long maybe CVS likes me again LOL. I used my email 20%'s on Friday and didn't get anything on Saturday but the emails came early on Sunday morning. I was amazed by how many CRTS's were able to stack on top of each other on things like Covergirl, Crest, Gillette Foamy, and Softsoap.

Was the $8.49 item nail polish? Maybe the new CRT doesn't work on it. If you were doing the $15 Revlon deal, what would you get? I just realized that I have a few $5's from last week that expire today. I'll give what I get away but I want to get the best thing I can and I don't really know cosmetics.

I was looking at the $8.49 beauty tool set. Both DQs show as working for them. Today I have another $5 and $4 on a card with ecbs, I will probably get the beauty tool set and a nail file that is priced at $6.49. That will hit the 98% of the $15 and I'll get a $6 ecb back.

Since you sell, you could probably sell the beauty tool set - and maybe even a nail file - if you don't need them.

Cosmetics are the worst thing to get for a yard sale. Everybody only wants to pay a dollar for it. It doesn't matter how nice or expensive the item is. Essie is a good example of this. It was an absolutely worthless purchase. Revlon nail polish actually sold better for the same price but I still have some of both left. For a dollar. Can you believe it? Sales tax on Essie is around a dollar. People are really stupid. That's all I can say. I don't know how the people who steal cosmetics make a living off of it. Maybe there's a market for it online. You couldn't pay me to steal cosmetics. If I had a choice of a free top of the line Revlon cosmetics item or a 39 cent caramel, I'd take the caramel because at least I can eat it. I'm donating a bunch of cosmetics today. It'll make somebody happy and it'll make me happy to get rid of it. Meanwhile, detergent continues to go crazy. No matter how much I get, everybody wants more.

Well, I would at least try the beauty tools if you're going to roll some ecbs. I would expect you could sell the sets for $2-3 and the nail file for $1. That would more than cover the tax on the items and get your ecbs rolled.

Fortunately, I don't need to roll anything at CVS. Rolling is more of an issue at Wags. I had a double booster so I stopped in on Saturday and got six 12-packs of Coke (my cardiologist would have a heart attack if he saw me do it). My goal was to spend the rest of my RR's but I still have two left that expire on 5/1. This has been a good week at CVS. Toothpaste has been on fire thanks to the great CRT's I got on Sunday. Garnier and Nivea have also been good. I like the Degree deal because it's hard to get women's deodorant at a low price. I really want the new Dove serum body wash. Everybody loves it. I got some last week when both the $5 and $4 dq's unexpectedly came off on one item and I was able to use my percent off's on the second item. I don't like the new Tide deal at all. The liquid detergent has gone up to $14.99 but the pods are still $13.49 so I have to get the Downy beads for $6.99 to complete the deal. I would much rather get the Febreze Small Spaces with the dq instead of Downy. I wouldn't mind the big Downy as an alternative to the pods. I just don't have much interest in the smaller one. I have to do the deal so that's where all of my ecb's go and why I don't have a rolling issue. I know that Wags is much cheaper on detergent (Gain) but finding it in stock is close to impossible and I need more than a bottle or two. I wish that people weren't so obsessed with detergent. It's my least favorite thing to buy.
