    I've been looking for a new card and this might be it. Been debating this over a 4070 super. I like how the 7900 has 20gb compared to 12 of the 4070s and don't think ray tracing is all that important yet

    Homie, it's all about VRAM. If you're a graphics slut, 16GB minimum. Although, the price points of the 7900 is far better than that of 4070ti which is arguably it's only competition (super or not). Even then, folks overclock and get close to 4070ti FPS and they're not using Ray tracing. If you only care about gaming, save the money and get the AMD. You'll be happier.

    I agree, i dint think those 2 cards arw comparable at all. The 4070 Ti Super is more in par with the 7900xt
