Entries must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on May 21, 2024.
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry; who are not a current tenant in any Common Living Inc. ("Common") managed property or any 1 MCP LLC ("Owner") owned property; and who currently are not utilizing the services of a real estate broker
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about May 22, 2024
One (1) grand prize (the "Grand Prize") is available. Grand Prize consists of (1) rent paid for a twelve (12) month lease, per Owner's standard occupancy agreement (the "Occupancy Agreement"), for an apartment in Owner's building located in New York, NY, which apartment has been furnished by Sponsor; (2) one-month standard security deposit; (3) all fees associated with application and coverage provided by theGuarantors.com (which is required of the potential Grand Prize winner, as described below), and (d) the furnishings in the apartment at the time the Grand Prize winner takes possession which will not include items listed on the "Excluded Furnishings List" 33750.200 FKKS:4052971.21 attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (such furnishings valued at $20,000). Not all furnishings shown in images of the apartment will be part of the Grand Prize or included as part of the furnishings at time Grand Prize winner takes possession of the apartment; some furnishings may be replaced in Sponsor's discretion (e.g., any furnishings that include Sponsor branding). Additionally, the Grand Prize winner will receive a check for $20,000 which may be used to offset the winner's tax liability.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is up to $85,000
