Maybe the promotional code has expires sooner than was said? Most likely the promo code still works cause you would not get no card shipped to you for 73 cents.
Maybe, the state where you reside mandates the website to collect sales tax from residents of your state? Some states are bandits for taxes.
not sure cause mine had no sales tax, no shipping fee for the Standard card selected with the promo code. My cost was 0 after checkout.
