I recieved one box of 50 count as well. I contacted Amazon CS and told them about the misleading photo showing 3 boxes and the unit count in the description shows unit count as 150 and Amazonm refunded the purchase price and I got to keep the single box that was sent. Just FYI if anyone else only gets one box!
