Eligibility: The RTIC Father's Day Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open and offered to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Central Time ("CT") on May 6, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on May 22, 2024 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Prizes: Thirteen (13) winners ("Winner" or Winners") will be selected from all eligible entries received to win the following prizes (individually a "Prize" and collectively the "Prizes") as follows:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive: (i) placement of his/her father's name on Sponsor's RTIC 1 racecar for the NASCAR Xfinity Series™, Sonoma Race (currently scheduled for June 8, 2024); (ii) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from the major U.S. airport closest to Grand Prize Winner's home to a major airport within a one hundred (100) mile range of Sonoma, California; (iii) a two (2)-night hotel stay near the Sonoma Raceway; (iv) two (2) access passes for the NASCAR Xfinity Series™, Sonoma Race ("Race"); (v) one (1) RTIC 52-Quart Ultra-Light Wheeled cooler; (vi) one (1) RTIC 20-Can Soft Pack Cooler; (vii) one (1) RTIC 26-Ounce Journey Bottle; (viii) MyRTIC personalization on each of the aforementioned RTIC products; and (ix) other miscellaneous products from Sponsor.
One (1) person is allowed to accompany the Grand Prize Winner to the Race if they satisfy the requirements and exclusions stated in the "Eligibility" section above.
If Grand Prize Winner resides within a two hundred (200) mile radius of Sonoma, California, round-trip air transportation will not be provided for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $3,097.96.
Two (2) First Place Prize Winners ("First Place Prize Winner(s)") will each receive: (i) one (1) RTIC 52-Quart Ultra-Light Wheeled cooler; (ii) one (1) RTIC 20-Can Soft Pack Cooler; (iii) one (1) RTIC 26-Ounce Journey Bottle; and (iv) MyRTIC personalization on each of the aforementioned RTIC products.
ARV of each First Place Prize: $397.96 ($795.92 total).
Ten (10) Second Place Prize Winners ("Second Place Prize Winner(s)") will each receive: (i) one (1) RTIC 15-Can Everyday Cooler; (ii) one (1) RTIC 20-Ounce Journey Bottle; (iii) one (1) RTIC 30-Ounce Road Trip Tumbler; and (iv) MyRTIC personalization on each of the aforementioned RTIC products.
ARV of each Second Place Prize: $106.93 ($1,069.30 total).
The total ARV of all Prizes is $4,963.18
