Price is reflected on the last page of checkout. You pay 1 cent upfront with the order, and 30 dollars only when you activate online after receiving the phone. If you just want the phone without the plan, place the order with an anonymous visa/mastercard gift card, and not activate after that.

Yes same promo with US Bank too. Just be aware that they charge the device and plan separately. You can either throw in some accessories and not activate the plan or get the phone for 1 cent and go for the 55 dollar plan.
