ELIGIBILITY: The Smithfield "Win Free Bacon for a Year" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on 5/1/24 and ends on 12/31/24 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period").
PRIZES: There will be one (1) random drawing per Entry Period, for a total of eight (8) random drawings conducted throughout the entire Promotion Period. A random drawing will be conducted on or about 6/1/24, 7/1/24, 8/1/24, 9/1/24, 10/1/24, 11/1/24, 12/1/24 and 1/1/25. Each random drawing will be conducted by an authorized agent of Sponsor from all eligible Entries received for each Entry Period. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each Entry Period. The prize consists of a one (1) year supply of Smithfield® Bacon awarded in the form of fifty-two (52) manufacturer coupons each valid for one (1) free package of Smithfield® Bacon with a maximum retail value of $10 per coupon ("Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize: $520.00.
