Excellent game. I have Wyrmspan too, and they do not play the same really. If you like something that isn't super deep but still a good strategy with other people that teaches you facts, is beautiful to look at and something others can pick up relatively quickly, this could be a game for you.

Good deal on a fantastic world-building game -- even better with the expansion packs. If you only pick one, start with the Oceania expansion.

YMMV as always with walmart. I love to check out their board game section and noticed of the 2 in town, 1 had this game on clearance 2 months ago starting at 40- then went to 37 then to 30. The other walmart NEVER had it on clearance. They still have the game at 59.99. This is from Southeast Minnesota locations.
Since then, the stock has been removed (sold or shipped away) from the store that had them on clearance.
