A review of the item Amazon says "Bought it to match my MacBook Air M2 in Midnight and it wasn't a perfect fit but damn near."

10.5 is the 2017 model - technically 2nd gen pros. My daughter has one, still works great as an entertainment device and we put MS Word on it for writing reports for elementary school. I'd definitely get this, but hers is in a pretty bulky protective case.
