The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age and older at time of entry

visitors can login with their registered email address to participate in the Instant Win promotion up to once per day.

Instant Win Prize (20): twenty (20) instant win prizes will be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize consists of: one (1) Red Stripe wireless speaker. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each instant win prize: $50. Total ARV of all available Instant Win prizes: $1,000.

There is a limit of one (1) Instant Win prize award per person, email address or household during entire registration period.

Potential grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/1/2024

One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of: a trip for two (2) people (winner and one guest, age 21 or older) to Jamaica to attend Reggae Sumfest with scheduled travel dates of Friday, 7/19/2024 – Monday, 7/22/2024.

Grand Prize award includes: round trip coach class airfare for two (2) people (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the Sponsor designated airport servicing winner's residential home metro area to the Sponsor designated airport servicing Montego Bay, Jamaica; hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for three (3) nights at the Sponsor designated hotel in the Montego Bay, Jamaica (Friday, 7/19/2024 – Monday, 7/22/2024); two (2) tickets to Reggae Sumfest for Friday, 7/19/2024 and Saturday, 7/20/2024; and one (1) $500 gift card towards a travel stipend from the sponsor designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the issuing gift card provider policy terms and conditions. Total ARV of grand prize award: $3,500.

Resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets are subject to any applicable festival and venue restrictions and regulations, including COVID-19 testing and/or vaccination requirements or policy. Winner and guest must abide by all festival and venue policies. Sponsor and festival/venue reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from winner or winner's guest who it and/or festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue or festival policy or law, and/or may bring Sponsor into disrepute. Seat locations, where applicable, shall be at the sole determination and discretion of Sponsor, and based upon availability.

Exact transportation and accommodation details, dates, times, and terms to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All travel must be completed by 7/23/2024, or other date as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, or prize will be forfeited.
