I just tried it, I like it but everyone's taste buds are different.
I think it's similar to the old sauce from the well known brand.

This. Huy Fong doesn't taste the same anymore. I got two bottles of Underwood Ranch on Amazon. Pricey, but definitely the closest thing to the original recipe.
I like it better than the rooster Sriracha.
