Hey Slickdeals folks! My wife and I recently discovered this. If you are ever looking for a cheap meal then this may benefit you!
On Outback Steakhouse's Website for ordering, under the Kids Menu section they list a Joey Sirloin (5oz) steak for $9.99 (YMMV) this combo comes with the 5oz sirloin, fries, and a choice of fresh fruit or steamed vegetables. Also a crazy choice between apple juice or orange juice. The non-kids menu option lists a 6oz Sirloin for a whopping $15.99. If you can deal without the need for a baked potato then you are saving a decent amount of money for only 1oz of steak.
The portion sizes were absolutely too big for a child in my opinion and was able to make a nice cheap dinner for the both of us and came with a log of bread and butter in the bag.
Order to-go pick up. Total on the check was $25 with tip. YMMV Depending on other prices per state.
Enjoy if you can!

The 11 ounce Sirloin where I am is $22, which is $2 per ounce, and you get 2 adult sized sides but no drink. It'll be $2 more before tip, but you might end up with sides that you like.
