Been using mine for 4 years. No broken connector and will clean siding and the patio pretty good for not being a "pressure washer." I'm not deaf when done using it either.
Don't buy this one. Get the 600PSI brushless one and it's a world of difference.
I bought the 600psi 40v version. I'm on my third warranty replacement in two years lol. Same issue each time. The ball bearings that keep the pump pumping will seize in short time and prevent the motor from cranking. It's great when it works, but it has caused me a lot of frustration as well.

That has nothing to do with the bad reviews. Apparently the connector doesn't work correctly and also easily breaks, making it completely unusable right out of the box.

I've used one for years - very useful for light jobs. the local water siphon doesn't leak. it's very efficient with water, so I just carry around a small bucket of water or soap mix. I even store mine outside too. makes a good portable spray washer. just don't expect it to be like a big pressure washer. it's $70 cordless tool.
I have a similar battery powered handheld power cleaner. It's sat in a drawer for years not getting used after trying it out. I just use a garden hose for anything that I would use this for and if the hose isn't enough I just get out our regular electric power washer. Can't speak specifically about this Ryobi, but I regret purchasing an item like this.
