I take all my medical advice from randos on the internet and not from my physician or double blind controlled studies.
Title says 10,000 but its only 1,000 D3
My blood tests showed low and my doc told me to supplement. They're in acceptable range now. Male early 30s. Diet may not always be the greatest which probably didn't help. I sunscreen liberally even in the winter time, not sure if all that spf reduced the amount of vitamin d I was getting from sun.

You need to overload on the beginning and then supplement. I'm no doctor, but that's what my own doc told me. I got other issues I need to fix, like lower the sugar levels first.
That's not true. Some people don't get enough sun to make D3 (or in their diet) in this case. There's definitely use for supplementing D. Have you not heard of osteomalacia or Ricketts? Please don't spread incorrect information.

That's exactly what I was going to comment on. 10K would be way too much in a single serving.

FYI, what you're taking is ergocalciferol (D2).
