sold on eBay for ten years,Power Seller with 100% positive feedback.I recently found out I have a very serious cancer and had to quit selling, wouldn't you know it that my last transaction with them turned out to be a scam eBay America and eBay Japan are running? It's a 'Green Tea or Delta' type scam. eBay America lists items we are selling on their eBay Japan site, then buy the item from us through a 'partner'(ShopAirlinesAmerica). Seller then ships item to destination in U.S. where they then ship it to eBay Japan and on to the buyer. I am sure my item made it to the U.S. destination I shipped to but was broken when they shipped to Japan. They have a terrible record of items not received, broken, wrong color, etc. Google them to see all the complaints. eBay's so called partner then files a dispute and of course since eBay America,Japan and Paypal are all actually one they always win the dispute. Nice little scam,eh? Many hours on phone with eBay and paypal numerous times explaining my situation that they just can't seem to comprehend. Here's my last correspondence with eBay:
"Tried to resolve this issue with the buyer and the buyer will not cooperate.Buyer well known for filing disputes.Exactly as described, undamaged item shipped securely packaged, fully insured 11/5.Item received and signed for by buyer on 11/11.11/30 Received request from buyer stating item was broken and requesting full refund.I replied same day and advised buyer best option was to collect from UPS as the item was not damaged when it was shipped but that I would accept a return.Buyer waited until 12/10 to reply requesting address to return.Address was on outside and inside box.I replied I was diagnosed with a terminal cancer that day,was no longer selling, could not accept return and to file claim with UPS.Buyer opened SNAD dispute on 12/17,45 days after having paid for item.My children have flown from other states to be with me. I spent a total of 4.5 hours on hold with eBay today only to be disconnected each time.I have wasted too much precious time on this heartless and fradulent claim."
Of course,I removed all funds from my paypal account which now has a negative balance.I don't care,I refuse to pay for this scam. It would be funny if it weren't so heartless.
So eBay finally ruled that the buyer return the item for a refund.Don't know where they are going to return it to,my new address starting this week will be the Intensive Care Unit in hospital after a major surgery. Will it count if I sign the delivery receipt while under anesthesia? I have repeatedly informed eBay and their 'partner' of this. Should I contact eBay and their 'partner' with my new hospital address or advise them of what jewelry I will be buried in and the location of the grave in case the surgery goes wrong?

If you are going to die soon anyway, why is this such a big deal?
