I would call again and again until you have the satisfying result.
I got an email after a few weeks that I have $300 cash back... And when you activate the card, the agent went over the offer and that was it...
I got the card on the $350 deal, and just about to make first payment. I'm already over the $500 requirement but the agent I talked to couldn't find the 'promotion' anywhere in my account. Looks like they're going to give me the run around.
For anyone signing up, make sure you get some proof that you're signed up for the right offer.
Got the pop-up offering me the $300 promotion...Signed up only for that reason.....Got accepted for the card....Got a letter with it saying I only get 10K points within 3 months..Contacted Chase Customer Service to ask if I am getting the $300 promotion....Forwarded it to Marketing....Just got denied the $300 promotion. Sucks.

I went through the same thing but had a pleasant surprise today when I saw my points balance.
I signed up for the $350 offer, was approved, but only got 10,000 points ($100) after my first month (I spent the required amount). I called and asked about it and they told me that the offer was targeted so I would not be receiving more than the 10,000 points; the next week, I got a letter in the mail confirming this.
I got my statement today for this past month and sure enough, there were an additional 20,000 points on my account! At this point I don't know why, but maybe you'll get lucky too.

I will never find out. I don't need to spend 5K on another CC if I am not getting any incentive for it.
I haven't seen anything yet. Really would like to get it before the summer's end but really don't know the historical data of when this usual gets offered.
I am willing to jump when it gets $250, maybe $200

Does anyone have a 5-digit credit limit on their Freedom card?
