actually I'm more concerned about his SOCIALIST policies slowing down the economic recovery, which allows 16-30 year old citizens to support themselves.

So what should happen to the children of illegal immigrants who were brought here or those who were born in the US to illegal immigrants? Now that they are adults.

I'm not really sure whether you could accurately say that or not, however I do think the children should be deported.

Those who were brought here have no legal right to remain in the country, neither do their parents. Those who were born here however have a legal right (something which I think needs to be abolished) to stay here although if they don't have anyone to care for them then they should go with their parents. It may suck but the only one whose fault it is are their parents. It's not mine, my neighbors, nope, nobody but their parents and instead of going to the media and whining about how unfair it is perhaps they should focus their angst where it belongs, which if you can guess where I'm headed is squarely at their parents

It may not be "fair" but whoever said everything in life is fair?

How are they related? They're related because of their parents, the ones who should be responsible and held accountable for the actions/decisions they make for their lives and their childrens lives. Or are you suggesting now that we abolish all personal responsibility for parents when it comes to making decisions for their children?

You're damn straight. I'd be bitching and moaning and whining saying how it wasn't fair and blah blah blah and yelling at my parents too. Still though under the skin, I would know that deporting me was the correct thing for my adopted country to do and be damn thankful of the education and all the other benefits I received. I would then immediately start the process to legally immigrate to the US and offer up to serve in the military so that process could be expedited. The HUGE difference between me and these kids though is that my ancestors immigrated legally as opposed to crossing the border illegally fully knowing the risks they put themselves and their children at. Oh but wait, we don't want to talk about responsibility and accountability now do we...

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I am all for immigration, however I am completely against illegal immigration and IMO any who immigrated illegally to the US should be deported.

Some people's morality extend beyong what is and what is not (il)legal. It takes a lot of rationalization to say we should deport children who were brought here when they were a few years old and now about to finish their high school.
