DW tried it for the first time the other night, and she hated me for about 15 minutes. But after that she felt much better and was completely cured the next day. It hurts....don't get me wrong....it hurts.

I use a syringe like they use for giving babies medicine (see below). I put about a teaspoon or two of lemon juice in it and spray it up my nose as I inhale deeply. Then I do it on the other side of my nose. It has never failed me.



I would seriously bring you some soup if you were closer. You'll have to settle for this.

Hmmm...if I did it at work do you think it would help? I have syringes here at work and lemon juice...5mL of juice sounds like a looooot!

I've been seriously considering the netty pot...

If you do it at work, give yourself about 15 minutes of privacy, and it doesn't all go up there. A lot spills out. It's not a science. laugh out loud
