Apparently, even thought the offer may be targeted, there is a link that says "don't have a code? click here to enter last 4 of account number..." etc, so it may be available to all with the Cash back rewards card from BofA.

And yes, Chase hs 5% back at Lowes this quarter, but some people are closer to Home depot, or ACE, or ??? or just prefer shopping there. Kudos to the OP! Repped and thumbs up vote
