Viberly.com is claiming to give away free monthly subs to theses services simply for displaying one of their advertising partners stickers on your laptop, FOREVER. I haven't tried it yet, so YMMV, so there's that. Converse and DropBox are a couple of the advertisers.

Also it's a targeted campaign to full-time university students, so without a valid current school ID, don't hold your breath that the "waiting list" will ever work out for you.

Sounds like a company that is trying to get interest so they can go to advertisers and attempt to get funding. While this might eventually lead to something, it appears to be a bit dishonest, especially since they don't tell you upfront that it's "full".
