Activision Publishing Skylanders Legendary Treasure Sweepstakes ~ 11/15/14 (pre-order or AMOE starting 10/5)

Sweepstakes begins on October 5, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 15, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Two (2) ways to enter the Promotion:

a. Pre-Order Skylanders Trap Team Starter Pack: From April 23, 2014 through October 5, 2014, U.S. residents can pre-order your Skylanders Trap Team Starter Pack kit from Toys "R" Us (www.toysrus.com). Once you receive your Skylanders Trap Team Starter Pack, locate the code ("Code") located on the insert inside the packaging. Then, during the Promotion Period, visit www.toysrus.com/legendarytreasure (for U.S. residents) or www.toysrus.ca/legendarytreasure (for Canadian residents) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including your Code and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entrants who purchase a Skylanders Trap Team Starter Pack will receive an insert with a barcode ("Barcode") in their package. The first seventy five thousand (75,000) people that take the Barcode to a Toys R Us and have the Barcode scanned by a salesperson, will receive a Skylanders toy or accessory (the "Offer") (toy or accessory determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: Up to $25.99 USD.

b. Enter Without Making a Purchase: To enter the Promotion without purchasing the Skylanders Trap Team Starter Pack, visit www.toysrus.com/legendarytreasure (for U.S. residents) or www.toysrus.ca/legendarytreasure (for Canadian residents) during the Promotion Period and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration including the free Code 02262400 and a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for four (4) to New York, NY. Trip package includes:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, NY;
- two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy);
- ground transportation to and from airport and hotel;
- a $500 Toys "R" Us gift card;
- $1,000 spending money; and
- travel agent services.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $6,350 USD. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: A Skylanders life-size mega-blocks model. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000 USD.

ARV: $602.73 USD.
