Sweepstakes starts on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time ("CST") and ends on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. CST.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Alaska, North Carolina, South Carolina and New York) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, as of date of entry.

PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS:
"Pest Control Services For One Year" and "Pest Control Services for Life Prizes": The "Pest Control Services for One Year" and "Pest Control Services for Life" prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of a Pest Control Service Plan (Quarterly Service) Agreement (the "PC Agreement") issued by Sponsor. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the PC Agreement, Sponsor shall provide the winner with services to control for and mitigate against infestations of the following pests located in and around the structures on the winner's single family residence through delivery of four (4) pest control treatments per year: cockroaches, mice, rats, silverfish, "house" ants, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, house crickets and paper wasps. Sponsor shall have no obligation to control for or mitigate against the following pests: termites (subterranean, dry wood, damp wood), wood boring beetles, bed bugs (Cimex lectularius), fleas, ticks, carpenter ants, pharaoh ants, fire ants, tawny crazy ants, black widow spiders, brown recluse spiders, bees (yellow jackets, hornets, honey bees and wasps), clothes moths, mosquitoes or any other pests not specified, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Sponsor. Winner must be the legal owner of a single family residence to be eligible to receive the "Pest Control Services for One Year" prize or the "Pest Control Services for Life" prize. The "Pest Control Services for Life" prize provides the described pest control services to the winner for such period equal to the winner's lifetime; provided, however, that the winner continues to own and reside in the same single family residence which the winner owned and resided in at the time of the awarding of the prize. The "Pest Control Services for One Year" prize provides the described pest control services to the winner for a one year period; provided, however, that the winner continues to own and reside in the same single family residence which the winner owned and resided in at the time of the awarding of the prize. If the winner transfers ownership of the single family residence or no longer resides in such single family residence, the pest control services shall automatically immediately terminate. Services not available in Alaska, North Carolina and South Carolina. The "Pest Control Services for One Year" is limited to $600.00 worth of services per year.

Rewards Card – $100 AMEX Gift Card Prize – The American Express Gift Card ("Card") may be used at U.S. merchants that accept American Express Cards. Funds do not expire. The Card cannot be used at ATM's. Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Additional limitations apply, including restrictions on use of the Card at cruise lines and for recurring billing. Read the Cardholder Agreement for complete terms and conditions, including a binding individual arbitration clause.
