Eligibility: 10,000 Holiday Wishes Sweepstakes and Instant Win (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) United States (excludes Rhode Island) including District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing: The Promotion begins on November 10, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit http://simon.com/wishes and complete and submit the registration form including a valid email address. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day.
Limit: Each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: There are three (3) ways to earn bonus Sweepstakes entries, as outlined below:
Tell A Friend Program, Twitter Referral, Facebook Referral: If a friend you refer to the Promotion subsequently registers through the unique link you sent, you will be eligible for a chance to win the Tell-A-Friend Prize and you will receive one (1) additional entry in the Sweepstakes.
Prizes:
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 awarded as Simon Giftcards®. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000.
Tell-A-Friend Prize: ONE (1) TELL-A-FRIEND PRIZE: $2,500 awarded as Simon Giftcards®. ARV: $2,500.
