HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be a registered user at www.marlboro.com (the "Website"). If you are not a registered user, go to www.marlboro.com and follow the instructions to register. By registering you agree to be added to the Marlboro mailing list.

Once you have registered, log on to www.marlboro.com, click on the tile for the Marlboro Countdown to the Longest Night of the Year 4-Week Sweepstakes and follow the instructions to submit a comment to receive one entry in the corresponding Weekly Entry Period's drawing (an "Entry"). Limit one Entry per person per day. If more than one Entry is received per day, only the first Entry received will be considered valid. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET (start of day) and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for the first day of the Sweepstakes which begins on or about 3:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET and the last day of the Sweepstakes which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET (start of day) and ends at 7:59:59 p.m. ET.

Your Entry must comply with the Submission Guidelines to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Your Entry may be posted in an online gallery at www.marlboro.com and may be removed from the online gallery by Presenter at any time, for any reason. Posting of an Entry in the online gallery will have no bearing on eligibility for the Sweepstakes or winner determination.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Determination of compliance with these Submission Guidelines and Official Rules will be in the sole discretion of the Presenter/Judges.

Entry (your comment) must be in English; common foreign words/phrases are acceptable.
Entry must not in any way disparage Presenter or persons or organizations associated with the Presenter, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion; must not include threats to any person, place, business or group; must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity; and must not in any other way violate applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations.
Entry must not promote illegal drug use, use of firearms/weapons or any activities that appear to be unsafe or dangerous, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion.
Entry must not contain offensive words or statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group), and should not invade the privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity.
Entry must not contain or reference indecent behavior, including but not limited to profanities or obscenities.
Entry must not contain content that is inappropriate, hateful, tortious, defamatory or slanderous, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion.
Entry must not contain content that is health- and/or youth-oriented, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion.

Once submitted the Entry is final and cannot be deleted or modified, except by Presenter. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Presenter and will not be acknowledged or returned.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random drawings to select winners will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received for each Weekly Entry Period within approximately 24 to 72 hours following the end of each Weekly Entry Period. Entries from one Weekly Entry Period drawing will not be rolled over into any subsequent drawing. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each respective Weekly Entry Period. For prize details, see Rule 6. All drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. In the event a potential winner is disqualified or an insufficient number of entries are received to award prizes for any Weekly Entry Period, prizes will be awarded in a second-chance drawing from among all entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit one prize per person per Weekly Entry Period drawing.
