Don't know how it's illegal to exclude them...but many people/organizations do it...and many don't say it, but they check profiles and won't pick ppl who they think are sweepers. I see who wins a lot of major businesses prizes on twitter and I do think they personally pick who wins, it's not "random."

Since I received the confirmation in the mail today, I can announce that I won a trip to the Marlboro Ranch from the Ranch Unlimited IWG! I'm heading there from June 24th - 27th

I must have been an alternate because after 2-years, 2 months sweeping I was notified of my first ever affidavit win. It is on the truck, a couple days out so I can finally announce my first win.
