If you are getting this error, keep trying/refreshing, or try other browser. It took me about 10 tries for it to go though.

I got error, just pressed F5 to reload page and it worked
I don't see the Pro version on Google's Play Store. Do you have to download the regular version of Google Earth and unlock the Pro features with the key? It's not clear and several people seem to have asked about android in this thread. All of the links refer only to PC/MAC.

I do want to note that the web address for the form to get the license key is https://geoauth.google.
