The contest, “What Does Recovery Look Like?” is sponsored by HarborVillageFlorida.com. This contest is governed by these Official Rules. Participation and inclusion into “What Does Recovery Look Like?” is dependant upon exacting adherence to these Official Rules. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. “What Does Recovery Look Like?” is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. All inquiries, comments, and concerns should be directed to Harbor Village.
ELIGIBILITY The Contest is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, and who are of legal age (18) to consent to all requirements of the Official Rules. Participant must be 18 at time of entry, with access to the internet with validated email address. Harbor Village reserves the right to validate the eligibility of each entrant.
CONTEST PERIOD Submissions for “What Does Recovery Look Like?” will be accepted from: September 1st 2015, 12:00am to September 30th 2015 at 11:59pm EST. For consideration into the contest entries must be made within this timeframe. Internal judging of all entries will take place between: October 1st, 2015 and last until October 7th, 2015. Harbor Village reserves the right to adjust submission deadlines and judgement periods.
HOW TO ENTER Entrants become contest participants by tagging and liking/following Harbor Village on the following social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram. To enter submit a photograph or video showing what your slice of recovery looks like with a short essay about your addiction story. To remain in contention, submitted pictures may not include pornographic, violent, offensive, or explicit material. Videos submitted should not exceed one (1) minute. Only posts tagged with #HarborVillageRecovery on Facebook and Instagram, coupled with submission of a picture or video and short essay for “What Does Recovery Look Like?” will be considered valid for entry. Photographs may contain captions, essays, and personal stories of recovery. Entrants are limited to one entry, but may share their entry on social media platforms freely, without penalty. WINNER SELECTION All eligible entries received from Facebook and Instagram will be compiled into a database and chosen on the merits of 1) photography, 2) personability, 3) and addiction or recovery story. Entries with genuine, heartfelt stories and imagery will perform well, and help us tell the story of addiction and recovery.The best entrants will rank for first (1st) and second (2nd) place prizes.
The winners will be announced on or about October 8th, 2015 around noon EST. Those chosen as winners will be contacted via social media platform and have one week from contact to provide a valid email, phone number, and mailing address to receive their prize. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to “What Does Recovery Look Like?” Prize winners who have not responded to Harbor Village’s inquiries in (7) seven days will forfeit their eligibility and relinquish claim [of awards] to the next-in-line for receipt.

ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
