1. Participants must comply with local rules and laws to be part of this competition
2. In this giveaway we will give away one Apple Ipad Mini 16GB to be purchased by an Amazon gift card
3. You have the right to reject the prize if you don't want to receive it, or don't want to accept the terms & conditions of receiving the prize
4. If the randomly chosen winner doesn't accept the prize or isn't eligible to win the prize we will randomly pick another winner until we have found a valid winner that accepts the prize
5. To receive this prize we will send you an Amazon gift card for Amazon.com worth 100% of the sales price for this product + 15$ extra to be used for shipping, to cover small price changes or to be spend on different products of your choice
6. On the day we send you the gift card we will check the current price and set the gift card value based upon that. Amazon prices change on a very regular basis so there can be price differences during the day.
7. We will contact the prize winner through the email address that was used to sign up for this giveaway
8. If the prize winner doesn't respond within 3 business days after our email was send we have the right to randomly pick another winner.
9. To receive your prize you will need to provide a valid email address where we can send the Amazon gift card to
10. By accepting the prize you give us permission to publish your name (First name + First letter of your last name) as a prize winner on our website, on our social media accounts and everywhere else
11. To receive the prize you have to write a short 30-100 words testimonial about the competition to be published on our website and elsewhere
12. The prize winner must send us the written description within 2 days of our request, or we have to right to pick another winner
13. If no valid winner can be found then the competition is closed and no prize will be given away
14. By accepting the prize we will get the full ownership and copyrights on the written text you wrote about the competition. We have the right to republish comments & testimonials left on our social networks or website by the winner or participants about this competition and publish them on our website, other social networks or anywhere else.
15. The current sales price of the prize is around 250 US dollar. The total prize in this giveaway will not exceed 300 US Dollars. If the total cost of the product + 15$ bonus exceeds 300$ we will limit the prize to a 300$ Amazon gift card.

17. We have the right to make changes to the contest, for example extending or shortening the competition duration, among other changes
18. Cheating in any way will get you excluded from this and future giveaway competitions
