Overall Sweepstakes period: December 21, 2015 to December 25, 2015.
Open only to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) States of the United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years of age or older (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older, and residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older) as of the commencement of the Sweepstakes Period.

There is a limit of a total of one (1) Entry per person/email address for the duration of the (daily) Sweepstakes Period. (one entry per daily sweepstakes)
Day 1 (12/21): One Prize Winner will receive: one (1) VIZIO M-Series 50'" Class Ultra HD Full-Array LED Smart TV, model # M50-C1; one (1) VIZIO 40" 5.1 Sound Bar, model # SB4051-C0; and one (1) $100 VUDU online code for VUDU credit. AVR: $1,079.98.

Total ARV of the Prize is approximately $1,299.98
