At least for all the S7 cases, I only see fulfillment by Amazon as an option for all the Luvitt seller instances. Otherwise I'd try the Ultra Armor one.

Not that it matters now, but the "Sleek Armor" is a pretty nice case for the S7E. I picked one up from ebay and it's a decent enough case. The only thing "tacky" about it is the fake hex screws on the back.

Worked for me on Galaxy S7 edge case. Choose the one without prime shipping if you see two options from same seller.

I got it to go through finally. I had tried both Luvvitt sellers and neither worked with the code (both said fulfilled by Amazon), but after trying again, the promo code went through on the one that doesn't say Prime (although it *does* say fulfilled by Amazon). Thanks OP,

I have the sleek armor for the edge .I thought it would have more grip but it doesn't. My wife tried the clear grip for her regular s7, which is a good case but the camera and separate flash cut outs makes it look terrible. She also has the clear view which isn't the grippy tpu material like the clear grip but a harder type plastic. Again this case was a bit too slippery as well, but the camera cut out is better.

We bought them all during the $5.99 sale though their prime shipping (which is posted somewhere on SD and still seems active)

FWIW we tried to return them all and found out they weren't returnable. We had to email complaints to Amazon..who gave us a refund...and they let us keep the case anyway. I would check the refund policy if they directly ship the item. They might require you to pay your own shipping back...although I've had good experiences with their cs over getting glass screen protectors replaced for free.
