Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes: Grand Prize winner will receive ten thousand ($10,000) U.S. dollars ("USD") awarded in the form of a check and a one (1) year supply of Cat's Pride products awarded in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed online or in a store carrying Cat's Pride products ("Grand Prize"). The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $10,300 USD.
Description: LIVE's Catch the Cat Tune In to Win Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") show broadcasts begin on September 19, 2016 and end on September 23, 2016 ("Sweepstakes Period") where viewers are invited to watch the LIVE with Kelly television program ("Show") each day for the "Cat" who will appear on the Show holding up a sign containing the "Word of the Day." Only one (1) Word of the Day will appear on-air during the second half of each Show's broadcast weekdays (Monday through Friday) during the Sweepstakes Period ("Show Day"). Viewers may check local TV listings for Show schedules in his/her local viewing area, which may be changed or pre-empted without notice. Sponsor's computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes and all times refer to Eastern Time ("ET").
