Open to persons of all ages (please see the subsection below if you are a Minor (as defined below)), who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec).
You may enter this Sweepstakes via the internet during the period beginning at 12:00 PM, October 6, 2016 and ending at 11:59 PM, November 17, 2016.
Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per Member per day for each day during the Entry Period, whether a Member has more than one (1) Address or more than one (1) person uses the same Address.
One (1) grand prize ("Grand Prize") will be awarded to a Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests ("Guests"), and together with Grand Prize Winner, collectively, the "Group"), which consists of an eight (8) day/seven (7) night Adventures by Disney® travel package to Norway to commence on or after June 17, 2017 and to be completed on or before August 12, 2017, subject to availability and approval by the Grand Prize supplier (collectively, the "Trip"). The Trip consists of the following elements for the Group: [a] four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to Winner's residence ("Airport of Origin") arriving to a Bergen area international airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and returning from an Oslo area international airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [b] hotel accommodations during the Trip (one (1) standard room/quad occupancy or two (2) standard room/double occupancy per location (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) consisting of: (i) one (1) night at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, (ii) two (2) nights at the Fretheim Hotel in Flam, (iii) two (2) nights at the Hotel Union in Geiranger, and (iv) one (1) night at the Hotel Continental Oslo; [c] participation in Sponsor-selected guided group travel experiences (the "Group Travel Experience") (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); [d] services of two (2) Adventure Guides for the Group Travel Experience; [e] transportation within the land package; [f] services of local experts; [g] on-tour luggage handling; [h] gratuities for Adventure Guides, bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff; [i] scheduled meals (excludes alcoholic beverages); [j] entertainment and activities, such as a visit to Briksdale Glacier and a river rafting adventure in Voss (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and [k] travel taxes associated with the Trip. If the Grand Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, this Grand Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of US$1,973.72, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes due as a result of winning this Grand Prize. ARV of Grand Prize: (i) US$28,196 (if Grand Prize Winner is a resident of California); or (ii) US$30,169.72 (if Grand Prize Winner is not a resident of California), which will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares.
