I also had the alternate UPC code ending in 03. Their email said I was denied because "I did not submit a UPC", so I called into their 800 number. You have to say "other" and then "representative"...

Yes, the UPC doesn't match the rebate registration form. The product page indicated it had UPC: 013964025910 and the one that came was 013964025903.

The product page we ordered from lists the same UPC as the rebate. I printed my own UPC for the number on the rebate and it's sitting in the mailbox now. I'm going to grab it and wait a few more days...
