I've done pretty well. Eating what ever at meals with just some common sense but what 's really helped is cutting out the between meal junk.
Try not to buy things hydrogenated, reeking with fat...

then you got lucky, because usually its the opposite (and believe me i know, besides the freshman 15 which i still havent gotten off, i still have the bc weight i put on as well)

May I recommend Amy's Kitchen Mushroom and Olive frozen pizza? I get it at my local Meijer store (cross between Walmart and Target) and a few Super Targets sell them. Very tasty.

alli is the way to go since its FDA monitored. i've taken it in the past and i also work with the darn stuff. the nasty sounding side effects happen when you're not eating the way you're supposed to...
