Yes it has parking mode. You gotta get a tap so it doesn't kill your battery when it's in parking mode. It kills the cam when the battery voltage reaches a certain setting.

It is sticky tape. You'd have to undo the amount to put it into another car because the charger plugs into the mount not the camera
