6Ah, 8Ah and 10Ah are the same size. Those packs are 5S2P of 21700 cells. 9Ah flexvolt I believe is 5S3P of 18650.

I like the 4ah compact as well. They really aren't much lighter than the old 4ah battery, but they sure feel smaller and lighter on the tool. I'm thinking it's the improved balance, with the battery...

I like 4Ah slim pack. Roughly the same performance as the 5Ah pack in terms of watts out to a tool, but quite a bit smaller. 8Ah are not the best weight ratio, 10Ah is.
