Was it actual amazon delivery ? Around here everything is done by third parties like ups, fedex and a local shipper for the really big stuff. Usually ok.

The screen was cracked. Amazon delivery is awful. Only ONE person carried the TV inside. I have camera proof and everything. The sad thing with these offshore CS reps is they don’t care at all....
