So I narrowed it down to only the Apple devices having the connection issue. Some article suggested tapping on forget network and adding it again. Just did that today. Will report back if it worked.

Just tested it from my wife's phone (mine doesn't do 6e). Smart TV on 5ghz, hers on 6e(6ghz), it was able to cast youtube fine.
