If you aren't a gamer, I would just look into a nice 60hz IPS display. The S3422DWG is made for gaming and costs a premium for the privilege. Both LG and Dell make nice IPS non-gaming versions.

It might have been a bad batch you had if you bought the G9 in 2021 or 2020 because alot of people had problems with the monitor when it first came out. But now it's improved and no problems at all....
