If you file FCC complaint you'll see that yourself.
There's no plainly no way to enforce for a customer whatever policy there's besides going to court, so Metro can do anything they want.

They did change policy (I have Metro response to FCC saying that).
No sense in calling Metro, their reps LIE and LIE and LIE.

I activated around Sept 11th and just performed the unlock at the end March, so about 200 days. Just paid for the first month, made a couple calls and text that first month. Then it sat in a drawer...

I just unlocked my Moto Stylus 2023 last weekend, using the permanent network unlock option in the settings. Threw in the $1.99 Textnow sim and it worked no problem
