You realize these are just compressed powder right? Something is wrong with your dishwasher if it runs water through the system for 30 minutes and doesntt dissolve dishwashing powder,.

I just put a squirt in the tub (the bottom of the dw), not in any dispenser -- just out in the open. When the dw goes in the prerinse (the first cycle) it will "use" that squirt of detergent to...

Great video! Thank you! Need to rethink how I use the dishwasher. First run the hot water till it reaches the kitchen and then use powder instead of pacs.

I used to use a gel and before that a pod. Dishes were never fully clean, regardless if I used a rinse aid or not. Switched to powder and haven't had any issues with my dishes since. Also, don't...

That's all true but nearly all of the R&D in dishwashing detergent right now is with pods, they are making them more and more potent to compensate for the lack of pre-wash detergent. I get perfectly...

That is suspect for a few reasons: 1. Phosphate cleaners are bad for the environment (cause algae bloom) and have been outlawed in most cleaners and jurisdictions. 2. TSP etches glass. 3. ...
