Yeah, that makes no sense. Same. They terms say nothing but you get 25% on Amazon devices including eero.

I still can't get the promotional credit. I have emails sating I am eligible after trade in... but its not working.. have been on the phone with amazon 4 times and they still can't get it to work......

Bought for $299 a few weeks ago. Installed over the weekend, random disconnects with my Apple devices. Phone, MacBook, Apple TV, etc. Quick google shows it’s a known issue and gets better/worse...
